Insurance Requirements
Commercial Water Insurance
All captains on Captain Share must maintain valid commercial water insurance with the following minimum coverage:
- General liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence
- Protection for passengers and third parties
- Coverage for operating vessels that you do not own
- Policy must be current and in good standing
